YAP KWONG WENG | 叶光荣

Yap Kwong Weng is a business executive, non-profit leader and author.
He is the founder and CEO of Leap (Southeast Asia) and Managing Director of Leap Group Holdings in Myanmar. He was COO of Parami Energy Group before setting up his own business. Previously in his military career, he was trained as a Commando Officer and US Navy SEAL. He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a Rotary Peace Fellow and the Country Chair of Global Dignity Cambodia. Kwong Weng is a shareholder and director of Triip.me, a social travel company, recognized as a top start-up in Asia by CNN, that aims to brings unique local experiences to world travellers. Leap is his first book.
